CVS are renowned for their work in the Voluntary and Community sector – a place where most Creatives and community groups start out.  If you are looking for support for community based projects or not for profit enterprise this is the best start advice, and in conjunction with CRIIS a good place to find your feet.  Help can be given in a number of key areas such as Constituting, funding, policies and procedures from Child protection to Health and Safety, and best of all this is predominantly free.  This is not for commercial operations, unless of course you are willing to pay for the advice

Business Link provision for any business, with generic courses and training.
